Microsoft Office Mac An Update Is Already In Progress Mac

Over the last few months (can't remember when this started) and I am unable to use Autoupdate for any of my MS apps. The only 'solution' I have found is to uninstall and download the newest versions. They download just fine, they just won't install. Run-in beta Big Sur, but wouldn't work for me in High Sierra either. Microsoft AutoUpdate allows you to keep your software up-to-date automatically. AutoUpdate comes with Office, so there's nothing additional to install, and you can also use it to manually check for new downloads as well. This update to Microsoft AutoUpdate is part of Microsoft's continued effort to provide the latest product updates to customers.

After the release of Microsoft AutoUpdate version 3.9.0 (released on April 11, 2017), you are no longer receiving automatic updates for Office for Mac.
